Belmond Ltd. in Sydney seeks an accomplished Client Director, Australia & New Zealand, to drive revenue growth for owned and prospect accounts across Leisure, FIT, Groups and MICE segments.

You will lead a direct sales team, coordinate with property leadership, and develop strategic plans to expand the Belmond portfolio in the region. You will closely monitor performance, report against KPIs, and partner with Global Sales to ensure alignment of strategies, events, and initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in client management, sales or a similar role within hospitality or luxury travel.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing key accounts.
• Strong experience in account planning, lead conversion and client relationship management.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and BI/reporting tools.

Aufgaben

• Develops a quarterly sales action plan and an annual account management plan to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Maintains frequent contact with property-based sales personnel and Directors to ensure product and market knowledge is up to date and aligned.
• Leads closing efforts from generated leads across owned accounts.
• Prepares quotes and detailed offers for group leads generated by owned accounts.
• Organizes sales events, partner activities and trade shows to build Belmond presence across markets.
• Ensures timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries and collaborates with marketing and revenue teams.
