We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage client data, handle inquiries, review documents for onboarding, and support process improvements to enhance service quality and compliance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Completed commercial or business-related education; degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Professional experience: Experience in customer service, administration, or client data management, preferably in a financial services environment.
• Track record: Proven attention to detail and reliability in maintaining client records or supporting customer processes.
• Technical skills: Proficient with office applications and relevant business software (eg client data management/CRM systems); strong organisational and time management skills.
• Language skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and the local language.

Responsibilities

• Client Data Management: Maintain and update client information within core banking or internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
• Customer Enquiries: Respond to internal and external client queries relating to products, services, or account details. Provide timely and accurate information, escalating complex requests as appropriate.
• Documentation Review: Verify and process documentation for client onboarding, changes, or ongoing maintenance. Ensure all documents meet regulatory, policy, and quality requirements and support the wider due diligence process.
• Process Improvement: Support initiatives to optimise data management and customer service processes. Suggest changes and collaborate with other teams to implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
• Reporting and Monitoring: Assist in the preparation of regular reports relating to client data, service performance, or compliance. Monitor key indicators and report issues to management for further action.
