Hallam Secondary College is seeking a dedicated classroom teacher to plan, prepare and deliver instructional programs aimed at improving student learning outcomes. The role emphasizes planning, teaching across year levels, and contributing to school policy and priorities.

The successful candidate will engage in professional learning, collaborate with staff, and support diverse student needs within a supportive learning community in southeast Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the curriculum and ability to teach literacy and numeracy.

Responsabilités

• Direct teaching of groups of students and individual students.
• Contribute to development, implementation and evaluation of a curriculum area or program within the school.
• Undertake other classroom teaching related and organizational duties as determined by the School Principal.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Undertake other non-teaching supervisory duties.
