Samsung C&T Corporation Australia seeks an experienced Senior Civil/Structural Engineer for renewable energy projects in Australia. You will lead detailed designs for site layouts, foundations, drainage and access roads, with a focus on Australian conditions and standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in design and consultancy engineering.
• Proven ability to navigate state-based approval processes and obtain permits in Australia.
• Experience with Renewable Energy projects.
• Membership with Engineers Australia or eligible to join.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards (AS) and NCC.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of geotechnical, hydrological, and environmental considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed engineering designs for site layouts, grading, drainage, access roads, retaining structures, and foundations.
• Design and optimize PV post foundations per geotechnical information.
• Manage civil engineering teams against delivery plans.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Produce design models, drawings, notes and client presentations.
• Support estimating with engineering quantities.
• Conduct value engineering to optimize project execution.
• Assist permitting work.
• Ensure designs comply with Australian Standards and NCC.
