Job summary

MGC Civil is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor to oversee daily delivery activities across civil worksites in the Perth Metro area. You will ensure safety, manage logistics, coordinate sites, and supervise subcontractors to align with the program and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include rotating between 2–3 sites daily, conducting pre-starts, managing deliveries, and resolving field issues while liaising with authorities and consultants during site meetings.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with IT systems and software.
• Team player capable of thriving in a dynamic team.
• Extensive background in subdivision construction.
• Hold a valid, unrestricted drivers license.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Skilled in using project management software and tools (Workbench preferred).
• Able to read and interpret construction plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery activities across civil worksites, ensuring safety, logistics, site coordination and subcontractor supervision.
• Rotate across 2–3 sites daily, perform pre-starts, manage deliveries, resolve field issues.
• Liaise with local authorities for inspections and engage engineering consultants and clients in site meetings.
• Coordinate internal and subcontractor crews and manage daily site operations.
