Job summary

LGM Industries in Perth is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead and support on-site trades teams across multiple sites, with rostered and short-assignments as required. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include planning daily activities, coordinating resources, managing permits, conducting toolbox talks, and ensuring compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience on-site.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ personnel.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Full Australian work rights.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor on-site crews
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Conduct hazard inspections and safety checks
• Manage permits and documentation
• Run daily pre-starts, toolbox meetings and debriefs
• Monitor and report crew timesheets
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
