Job summary

Civil Services Group is seeking experienced Civil Project Managers/Engineers for pre-qualification with TMR on Civil Road Infrastructure projects between Gin Gin and Rockhampton. Role requires 5–10 years’ delivery experience, strong budgeting, contract management and traffic management skills. Flexible site assignments with 40-hour weeks and potential shifts.

Queensland residents preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required; DIDO and FIFO options may be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience on Civil Roads Infrastructure Construction Projects with DTMR policies and standards.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and resource management abilities.
• Proven contract management and procurement experience on road projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of civil road projects within budget and time constraints.
• Manage Labour, Plant, Materials and Subcontracts.
• Coordinate client liaison and reporting to management.
• Contribute to bid and estimating processes for new opportunities.
• Ensure high standards of traffic management and safety compliance.
