Job summary

AECOM in Mackay seeks a passionate Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead, win and deliver civil infrastructure and multi-discipline projects across the region. Typical projects include roads, water mains, dams and pumping infrastructure; you will work with a high-performing team to support local and mining clients.

You will mentor junior engineers, pursue new service offerings, and explore growth paths within a global organisation, with travel opportunities and a focus on long-term career

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Project management experience.
• Business development experience.
• RPEQ/CPEng (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead, win, and deliver civil infrastructure projects.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers.
• Source, win, manage and deliver projects for Local Government, BHP and other clients.
• Develop new service offerings and grow the CI/Industrial capability.

Education

Bachelor of Civil Engineering (desirable)
