Qualifications

Experience as a Project Engineer within civil construction.
Strong background in earthworks and concreting projects.
Understanding of contracts, cost control and project delivery.
Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is advantageous.
Full Australian working rights and residential-based in Mackay or relocation.
Willingness to travel to client sites within the region.

Responsibilities

Leadership: Provide direct support and guidance to site teams, supervisors, and leading hands.
Project Control: Work with management and estimating teams to meet milestones on time and under budget.
Ensure compliance with QA, and client requirements.
Safety: Champion a 'Safety First' culture, ensuring all works meet WHS and Risk Management standards.
