Job summary

SEE Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of complex civil infrastructure and land development projects across the Ipswich region. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and client relationships, and lead Project Managers and engineers to ensure safety, quality and compliance.

This role requires strong leadership, deep civil project experience, and a proactive approach to risk and opportunity management within a busy project

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management for complex civil projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple civil projects with budgets and deadlines.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and safety compliance.
• Excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient with MS Project and ERP systems.
• Current driver license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Project Managers and staff to meet objectives.
• Provide lifecycle leadership for major civil projects.
• Oversee planning, programming, construction methods, resourcing.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Lead contract administration and change management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and SEE Integrated Management System.
• Coordinate resources across the portfolio.
• Foster safe, quality-focused delivery and stakeholder relations.
• Develop team capability and positive work environment.
• Identify risks and opportunities for growth.
