Job summary

BMD Group is strengthening its major infrastructure capability in South Australia and is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the delivery of major civil projects from Adelaide. You will provide leadership across engineering, construction, safety and commercial performance, building strong project teams and delivering outcomes for clients and communities.

This role requires a civil engineering qualification and experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contracting environments, plus the ability

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end major civil projects from tender through to delivery.
• Provide leadership across safety, environment, quality and construction.
• Manage engineering, supervision and project support teams.
• Own program, cost and commercial performance.
• Manage major subcontractor and supplier relationships.
• Lead key contractual matters, claims, variations and EOTs.
• Maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify project risks and opportunities early.
• Develop the capability of project leaders within your team.
• Contribute to BMD's broader growth in South Australia.
