Job summary

PCR Services in Sydney is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer specializing in land and urban development and road infrastructure. You will lead design across the full lifecycle and own road-focused subdivision projects.

The role emphasises 12d modelling, mentoring junior engineers, liaising with councils, and contributing to technical strategy as the business grows. This is a hands-on leadership role with career progression and a stable pipeline of urban development work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering is required.
• CPEng or working towards it is preferred.
• Experience in Australian civil engineering design across road/urban development.
• Ability to independently manage design packages and deliver projects.

Responsibilities

• Civil engineering design across urban development and infrastructure projects.
• Detailed road and subdivision design using 12d Model.
• Preparation of design documentation and construction drawings.
• Stormwater drainage design and flood assessment.
• Site inspections and project coordination during delivery phases.
• Liaison with councils, authorities, and project stakeholders.
• Mentoring and technical support for junior engineers and designers.
• Contribution to project planning, design strategies, and technical reviews.
