Job summary

Amey Australia is seeking a senior civil engineer in Dubbo to lead civil design, manage projects from feasibility to delivery, and mentor engineers and draftspeople. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering and extensive experience in a consulting environment, with a focus on standards, urban development and road infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years’ experience in civil design and project management (10+ years preferred) within an engineering consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of Australian standards and approvals.
• Experience with urban development and road infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design, project management and team leadership from feasibility through delivery.
• Manage budgets and client expectations while overseeing program delivery.
• Mentor engineers and draftspeople to build a capable delivery team.
