Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer within its Community Development team to manage civil design and documentation for land, urban and subdivision projects across public and private sectors. You will lead design from concept to delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and manage budgets and schedules.

This role can be based in St Leonards, Nowra, or Wollongong, with flexible working arrangements and a strong focus on client relationships and business development.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in civil engineering required.
Experience delivering urban, land and subdivision projects.
Strong design, modelling and construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

Detailed design and coordination of land, urban and subdivision projects from feasibility to construction.
Project manage design elements from concept through to delivery.
Prepare technical reports and specifications.
Provide technical expertise to clients and support projects.
Manage budgets and scheduling; coordinate between disciplines.
Undertake site inspections and develop client relationships.
