Agilitus is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Perth team as projects expand across resources, energy, and industrial sectors. You will deliver complex civil designs, lead junior engineers, and ensure compliance with standards while collaborating in a people-first, employee-owned culture.

This role offers exposure to heavy haul roads, rail infrastructure, and water-related projects within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
8+ years’ experience
Demonstrated experience delivering complex civil engineering designs within consulting, mining, energy, infrastructure, or related industries.
Experience with tier‑one mining client standards
Proficiency with civil engineering design software and associated tools.
Ability to mentor and support developing engineers.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Collaborative approach with a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver complex civil engineering design solutions with minimal supervision.
Prepare and review engineering designs, calculations, technical reports, and supporting documentation.
Interpret and apply relevant industry codes, standards, and client specifications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and designers.
Review delegated work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
Contribute to project planning, design reviews, and client engagement activities.
