Agilitus, a people-first engineering and design consultancy, seeks a Principal Structural Engineer to lead technical excellence on complex projects in Australia. You will guide engineers, review designs, and ensure compliance with Australian Standards, delivering on time and within budget while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Structural Engineering is required.
• Chartered Status with Engineers Australia is desirable.
• Coordinate resources across projects and support lead engineers.
• Review designs and provide guidance based on design guides and expertise.
• Identify business opportunities using broad market networks and develop winning proposals.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across complex projects.
• Guide engineers and solve technical and non-technical challenges.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of structural solutions in line with Australian Standards, on time and within budget.
• Build strong, lasting professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
