AECOM is delivering major transport infrastructure across Queensland and is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for the Sunshine Coast team. You will help shape regional highway projects, contributing from concept through to detailed design and construction.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years’ post-graduate experience in civil engineering (roads/highways focus).
• Proven capability in detailed design within a consultancy environment.
• RPEQ would be an advantage but not essential.
• Experience with tools such as 12d, Civil 3D or similar.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to get stuck into a busy team.

Job Description

At AECOM, we’re delivering some of the most significant transport infrastructure projects across Australia, and with a strong pipeline of highways work across Queensland, we’re looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Sunshine Coast team and help shape the region’s future.

Our Sunshine Coast highways team is in a particularly strong position, actively delivering a diverse mix of projects across state and local government clients while continuing to secure new work through ongoing infrastructure investment. There’s real momentum in the team right now, with a balance of current delivery and upcoming opportunities, backed by collaboration across our broader ANZ network, so you’ll have consistent project exposure, strong technical support, and the chance to see your designs come to life alongside a genuinely great group of people.
