Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in scoping, planning, investigating, designing and estimating civil projects.
• Knowledge of design standards, guidelines, and practices.
• Experience in surveying with modern instruments and GPS.
• Experience in project management, budgeting, and timelines.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and DRAINS.
• Experience in geotechnical, traffic, and structural projects; local government knowledge.
• Construction and project management with traffic controller qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and design civil infrastructure projects.
• Prepare estimates and related design reports.
