• Directs strategic planning, delivery, and operation of SA Health CIS programs and services.
• Leads teams delivering CIS programs to ensure reliable, stable systems for end users.
• Develops strategies and frameworks to deliver high-quality application support services.
• Oversees incident, problem and request management and system reporting obligations.
• Manages interdependencies of clinical information systems affecting critical business functions.
