Job summary

Federal Government Agency seeks a Tech Lead (Senior CIAM Software Engineer) to provide hands-on technical leadership across large-scale CIAM platforms, driving secure identity solutions for millions of users.

You will lead implementation and enhancement of CIAM, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews and align delivery with stakeholders to enable enterprise-wide CIAM capabilities. Initial 18-month contract with extension option and an attractive hourly rate.

Qualifications

Experience implementing CIAM solutions using OAuth2.0, OIDC and modern identity standards.
Experience customizing and integrating Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock or Ping Identity.
Mentoring engineers and contributing to delivery planning, estimation and technical direction.

Responsibilities

Leading the implementation and enhancement of enterprise CIAM solutions and identity platforms.
Designing solutions for complex identity, authentication and access management challenges.
Conducting code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining high-quality engineering standards.
Mentoring engineers and contributing to delivery planning, estimation and technical direction.
Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to integrate CIAM capabilities across enterprise systems.
