Job summary

Whizdom is seeking a Senior CIAM Engineer with deep Auth0 expertise to design, build and deliver modern customer identity solutions across enterprise environments in a Sydney hybrid setup. You will lead design discussions, implement authentication flows (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, MFA), and mentor teams while remaining hands-on.

You will collaborate with architects, developers and security teams to translate requirements into scalable CIAM solutions, author high-level and low-level designs, and

Qualifications

• Senior hands-on role with deep Auth0 delivery experience.
• Strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and CIAM.
• Experience designing, configuring and delivering CIAM solutions for enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to lead technical delivery while remaining hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement Auth0-based CIAM solutions at scale.
• Manage Auth0 tenants, apps, connections, orgs and authentication flows.
• Develop Auth0 Actions and custom authentication workflows.
• Lead workshops and design discussions with stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality technical design docs and artefacts.
