Job summary

McCormick Australia is seeking a Senior CI & Training Specialist to drive Journey to Excellence and continuous improvement across our manufacturing sites. You will lead cross-functional projects, develop training programs, manage the LMS and ensure training compliance, partnering with Operations, Quality, Safety, HR and Maintenance to build workforce capability.

• Experience leading improvement projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM and problem solving.
• Experience developing training programs and workforce capability initiatives.
• Exposure to LMS and training compliance processes.
• Strong analytical capability with reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence across all levels and drive sustainable change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Journey to Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects delivering measurable outcomes.
• Drive problem-solving workshops and performance improvement programs.
• Maintain industrial performance systems, labour standards and master data.
• Lead Training & Development pillar and competency-building strategy.
• Develop and implement training programs, SOPs and one-point lessons.
• Manage LMS, skills matrices and training compliance processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Safety, HR and Maintenance to build workforce capability.
• Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and strengthen operational discipline.
