Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean, TPM and structured problem-solving.
• Experience creating training programs and competency frameworks.
• Exposure to LMS and training compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Journey to Excellence and CI initiatives across the site.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects delivering measurable outcomes.
• Drive loss elimination activities and problem-solving workshops.
• Maintain key industrial performance systems, labour standards and master data.
• Lead the site's Training & Development pillar and competency-building strategy.
• Develop and implement training programs, SOPs and capability-building initiatives.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), skills matrices and training compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Safety, HR and Maintenance to build workforce capability.
• Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and strengthen operational discipline.
