Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate for the Work & Skills team. The role is based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office weekly.

You will support client projects, connect business and workforce strategy, and develop practical recommendations as part of a collaborative consulting team. You will contribute to thought leadership on the future of work, jobs and skills, and leverage AI and productivity tools to deliver quality

Qualifications

• Experience in organisation design, workforce planning, or HR transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Ability to turn complex information into practical recommendations.
• Willingness to learn and share expertise.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support client projects through project management and clear follow-through to deliver outcomes.
