Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract in Sydney. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and sits within the Investments team.

You will translate strategy into actionable change activities, shaping communications and adoption across a matrixed environment with senior sponsors and project teams. You will lead change across BAU, transformation and governance initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and delivering clear plans,

Senior Change Manager - 12 month fixed term contract

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investments team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Marsh Investments Team is delivering a range of BAU, transformation change and broader governance and operating model uplift. This role will help bring together several connected initiatives, translating strategy into clear change activity that supports adoption, alignment, and delivery. You will work closely with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders across a large matrixed environment to simplify change, shape communications, and help land the plan in a practical and engaging way. It will also give you the opportunity to bring creativity to how change is communicated, packaged, and brought to life.

We will count on you to:

• Lead change management activity across a portfolio of connected initiatives, including BAU change, transformation, governance, and operating model uplift
