Job summary

Outsized is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major technology change program with a heavy IBP focus. You will drive change for integrated planning, CLM and cost reporting, engaging stakeholders and ensuring readiness for new processes and systems.

Role is full-time through Dec 2026 with immediate start, based in Sydney (Melbourne optional) on a hybrid basis, with in-person engagement as required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of change management experience.
• Experience supporting technology change and implementation.
• Experience across change planning, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training and adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior leaders.
• Ability to own change activities while working in a broader team.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where designs/impacts evolve.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence to manage/change activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change plans aligned to project timelines and priorities.
• Identify business impacts, stakeholders and readiness for change.
• Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Collaborate with leaders, product owners and project teams to prepare people for changes.
• Coordinate training, business readiness and implementation support.
• Support and monitor adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.
• Work as part of an integrated change team across projects.
• Maintain change activities, milestones and reporting in Jira and Confluence.
