HealthShare NSW is seeking a Change Lead to head the implementation of change and training across major NSW Health procurement and transformation initiatives. You will drive adoption, coordinate training across the directorate and ensure successful rollout of change programs within HealthShare NSW.
The role is Exempt Full Time, based at St Leonards, NSW, with a 38-hour week and a contracted end date in June 2027.
Classification: Health Manager Level 4
Employment Type: Exempt Full Time for a period up to June 2027
Remuneration: Salary relative to experience and ranges from $ 153,559.00 to $ 182,954.00 per annum plus 12% superannuation

About the opportunity
The Change Lead is responsible for leading the implementation of change and training throughout related projects and initiatives across NSW Health, led by HealthShare NSW Procurement directorate.
Applicants with experience supporting large-scale supply chain, logistics, warehouse, procurement, network model, or outsourced service (3PL/4PL) transformations are strongly encouraged to apply.
HealthShare NSW Procurement is undertaking large-scale transformation initiatives involving supply chain, logistics and service delivery change. Within your cover letter, please describe your most relevant experience leading organisational change within a complex transformation program. Include your role, stakeholder environment, approach to adoption and training, and any experience supporting procurement, supply chain, logistics, technology, outsourcing or third-party service implementations.
