NSW Health, HealthShare NSW, is seeking a Change Lead to drive change management and training across procurement, supply chain, logistics and related projects. The role is 38 hours per week at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards NSW, with an exempt contract ending June 2027 and potential conversion opportunities.
Applicants should have experience leading organisational change within complex transformation programs and will be part of HealthShare NSW Procurement directorate.

Remuneration: Salary relative to experience and ranges from $ 153,559.00 to $ 182,954.00 per annum plus 12% superannuation

The Change Lead is responsible for leading the implementation of change and training throughout related projects and initiatives across NSW Health, led by HealthShare NSW Procurement directorate.
Applicants with experience supporting large-scale supply chain, logistics, warehouse, procurement, network model, or outsourced service (3PL/4PL) transformations are strongly encouraged to apply.
HealthShare NSW Procurement is undertaking large-scale transformation initiatives involving supply chain, logistics and service delivery change.
