You will mentor the team, ensure food safety, and work closely with the Head Chef to develop dishes, maintain consistency during peak service, and contribute to a fun, energetic kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a high-volume commercial kitchen.
• Currently leading shifts independently.
• A prep gun!
• A genuine love for American food and diners.
• Experience in burgers, casual dining or similar high-volume operations is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Help lead service and maintain the standard on every dish that leaves the pass.
• Maintain a food-safe and well-organised kitchen.
