• Proven working relationship with key broking partners at major broking houses.
• Understanding of management reporting, profitability assessment, and pricing principles.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial casualty business within delegated authority and achieve production targets.
• Develop and maintain broker relationships to grow market share.
• Provide monthly production reporting, risk and pricing insights, and portfolio management.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align strategy and budgets and deliver superior service.
