Qualifications

• Casualty underwriting experience across broad Commercial segments (Primary Casualty, Excess/Umbrella).
• Proven ability to develop broker relationships with major broking houses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with influence capability.
• Understanding of pricing principles and profitability considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and underwrite Commercial Casualty business within delegated authority.
• Achieve renewal retention targets and manage client administration and compliance.
• Expand market share by building relationships with key producers and clients.
• Provide timely production and portfolio reporting data to management.
• Contribute to growth strategies for Casualty business within budget objectives.
• Execute national and branch plans to meet budgets.
