Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with best practice case management frameworks including risk and needs assessments.
• Ability to implement theoretical concepts to reduce risk and maximise outcomes.
• Experience leading, developing and managing staff delivering operational service.
• Pays attention to words, expression and body language; promotes inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of predominately complex and high-risk individuals.
• Motivate and influence staff in best case management practice.
• Produce written reports with analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Apply sound judgement in identifying and assessing individual risk.
• Develop and maintain relationships with cross-government and community-based stakeholders.
