Job summary

Corrections Victoria Community Corrections – Morwell VIC is seeking an Advanced Practitioner within the court case management stream. You will manage a caseload of predominately complex and high-risk individuals, conduct risk assessments, and develop case plans while guiding interventions and monitoring compliance with court order obligations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of best practice case management frameworks including managing clients with complex presentations and conducting risk and needs assessments in a human services context.
• Ability to implement theoretical concepts to reduce risk and maximise individual outcomes.
• Demonstrated understanding and capability in leading, managing and developing staff responsible for operational service delivery.
• Pays attention to words, expression and body language; recognises behaviours that promote a culture of inclusion.
