UNSW in Sydney is seeking a Senior Case Manager – Complex Investigations to lead high-profile misconduct inquiries, including public interest disclosures, within a collaborative team.
Reporting to the Head of Disclosures & Complex Investigations, you will manage cases end‑to‑end, gather and interpret evidence, interview stakeholders, and draft formal outcomes in line with applicable acts and policies.

Why your role matters:
In this role, the Senior Case Manager plays a crucial role in managing and investigating some of the University’s most serious and complex cases. You’ll be working with a collaborative team and will be at the forefront of managing and conducting robust investigations into public interest disclosures and other complex misconduct investigations.
As an investigator, on the job you will be required to have a working knowledge of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022 (NSW), Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988 (NSW, Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth)) and willingness to learn and apply further acts as required, to ensure the University meets its legislative and duty of care obligations in managing and investigating the most serious, sensitive, and complex of Conduct & Integrity cases.
The role reports to the Head of Disclosures & Complex Investigations and does not have any direct reports.
