Job summary

Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency Co Op (VACCA) in Morwell, VIC, is seeking a Nugel Senior Case Manager to support Aboriginal children and families involved in the child protection system, applying Cultural Therapeutic Ways to place culture at the centre of practice.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will manage complex cases, coordinate with government and sector partners, and mentor staff while upholding VACCA’s values and commitment to self-determination.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior case management for Aboriginal children and families.
• Collaborate with police, courts and service providers to support outcomes.
• Develop and review care plans and document case notes and reports.
