• Installing door frames and pocket doors (cavity sliders)
• Hanging and fitting off doors, and completing final fit-offs to a high standard
• Supervising and coordinating carpentry and other trades on site

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in Carpentry
• 5+ years’ experience in residential work, with high-end renovation experience a bonus
• Highly experienced and capable in wall and floor framing, door frame and pocket installation, and door fit-offs and final fit-offs
• Strong drawing interpretation skills and the ability to solve problems on the spot
• Proven ability to guide and coordinate small teams
• A well‑organised, quality tool set and a ute
• Current White Card and a current driver’s licence
• Full Australian work rights
• Confident using the apps and platforms a modern builder relies on

• A stable, long-term, full-time role with a respected Melbourne renovator
• A team that values skill, humour and mutual respect
• A growing company with a real pathway into project management
• Recognition for your craftsmanship and problem-solving
• Monthly team breakfast (yes, the ‘big breakfast’)
• And yes, good taste in music is a plus — we’ll test you on it
