Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with full registration.
• Experience as senior clinician in acute cardiorespiratory work areas.
• Experience developing clinical services/programs for cardiac, respiratory and transplant needs.
• Experience managing complex/acutely unwell respiratory patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess, manage and discharge plan with patient/family engagement to ensure outcomes.
• Develop, implement and review clinical policies and procedures for the work area.
• Attend clinical forums/meetings as department representative or area expert.
• Engage with external organisations to ensure coordinated patient care across the continuum.
• Supervise and allocate workload for AHP1/AHP2/AHA2 staff across relevant units.
