Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a client-side construction project manager to lead capital works in the ACT. You will manage a pipeline of complex projects, navigate technical and contractual matters, and oversee design, procurement and construction delivery.

The role requires collaboration, strong stakeholder engagement, and mentoring abilities to guide other project managers through end-to-end delivery. Canberra-based with on-site work and complex program leadership.

Qualifications

• Desirable tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Ability to advise, negotiate and influence at senior levels.
• Experience mentoring less experienced project managers.
• Experience delivering end-to-end management of complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong coordination across design, procurement and construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of capital works across ACT for a large investor/developer.
• Navigate technical, commercial and contractual matters for projects.
• Develop, manage and deliver a pipeline of complex projects.
• Oversee design management, procurement and construction delivery.
• Review consultant submissions and technical documentation.
