Job summary

Business Review Group seeks a highly experienced Capability Analyst to support the GWEO Manufacturing Division. The role applies investment assurance and capability analysis to ensure GWEO investments meet outcomes, resources, and risk needs.

You will work across strategy, risk mitigation, requirements, and sustainment, while supporting executives with analysis, reporting and cost estimation. The candidate will translate complex information into executive briefs, establish dependencies, and

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related discipline with professional competence.
• Accreditation by an appropriate professional body.
• 10+ years in a relevant specialty with leadership recognition.
• Experience with explosives/energetics and Defence EO context.
• Familiarity with Explosive Safety Regulatory Framework or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Assurance across acquisition and sustainment activities.
• Lead capability analysis, reporting and cost estimation for major programs.
• Translate complex program data into executive briefs and options.
• Maintain a reliable status source and advise senior stakeholders.
• Develop lifecycle capability models from strategy to in-service stages.
• Engage stakeholders and support successful delivery of outcomes.
