Job summary

UniSC Sunshine Coast is seeking a project management professional to lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex, high-risk capital works on live university campuses, from planning through design, procurement, construction and handover. Sippy Downs campus experience is a plus.

You will oversee budgets, governance, risk, WHS and stakeholder engagement, ensuring delivery within scope, timeframes and financial objectives while driving continuous improvement in delivery frameworks.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification or progress towards one in Project Management or related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering complex, high‑risk capital works projects.
• Strong governance, financial management, procurement and risk management expertise.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement with executives and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple complex capital works projects across their full lifecycle.
• Oversee budgets, governance, risk, WHS, reporting and stakeholder engagement across multiple groups.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, sustainably and within scope, timeframes and financial objectives.
