Farmgate to Plate and Dukes's Providore is seeking a Retail Butcher to join a premium multi-venue operation in the Sutherland Shire. You will prepare meat, build attractive displays, and deliver expert service to customers while maintaining high product standards.

This role requires experienced butchery skills, professional presentation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team across several venues within the growing group.

Job description

As a Retail Butcher, you'll work across premium our butchery and providore, preparing and presenting quality cuts and displays. You'll be responsible for setting up the store in the morning, maintaining excellent displays, and ensuring consistency in both product and service. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, taking direction from management while also bringing your own expertise and energy to the role.

Key responsibilities
