Job summary

You will lead business analysis, process analysis and functional design for NSW Motorways, working with Architects, IT stakeholders, ERP vendors and external consultants to deliver streamlined, value-driven solutions.

You will plan BA activity, maintain high-quality artifacts, manage dependencies and support governance through transparent decision-making while mentoring

Qualifications

• Lead business analysis, process analysis, and functional design for NSW Motorways.
• Define current-state operations, processes and systems to design future-state solutions.
• Partner with architects, IT stakeholders, ERP vendors, and external consultants.
• Plan BA activities, maintain artifact quality, and manage interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements.
