Job summary

Transport for NSW is recruiting an Associate Business Analyst for a temporary role until 31 December 2027, based at South Eveleigh, NSW. You will partner with stakeholders to analyse processes, identify improvements and support developing solutions that enhance systems and customer outcomes.

You will thrive in a collaborative, agile environment, contributing to process optimisation, research and continuous improvement across both operations and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and improvement.
• Ability to perform research, data analysis and problem solving.
• Experience with information and data management and systems implementation support.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Reporting and deriving business insights using MS Office.
