Job summary

Adelaide University is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships and external engagement across international and government health sectors. This full-time role is based at City West campus and aims to drive revenue growth while advancing the university’s reputation and impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and managing strategic relationships with industry and government stakeholders.
• Experience providing strategic advice and guidance to internal teams on business and product development.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, generate income, and lead business development in higher education or industry.
• Experience in market development, opportunity assessment, and protection of intellectual property.
• Experience executing commercial project proposals, including negotiation, budget development, risk management, and contract compliance.
• Experience within and understanding of the industry, professional, and government environments in Australia and internationally.

• Full-time continuing position based at the at the City West campus
• Salary Range: $135,226 to $144,672 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

Experience
