In this role, you'll:
Work as part of the Divisional Management Office supporting the Coordinator General Division at Transport for NSW. You'll provide executive level business coordination and administrative support to the leadership teams, helping coordinate priorities and maintain effective business operations in a complex and fast-paced environment. Manage correspondence and prepare reports, presentations and other business documents using Microsoft Office applications. You'll use a range of business systems to support records management and general administrative activities. Manage a shared inbox and coordinate responses to internal and external communications and requests, you'll monitor and progress actions, responses and deliverables, ensuring emerging issues are addressed within required timeframes. Coordinate communications and enquiries, approvals and business requests to support branch operations and executive priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business to improve processes and maintain a high level of customer service.

Demonstrated significant experience in successfully providing business and administration to senior leaders and executives in a complex operational environment. High level planning and organisational skills with the ability to be flexible, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You're adaptable and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy, discretion and attention to detail. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel and are confident learning and using different systems and processes required to support the business. You're proactive and have well-developed stakeholder engagement skills, you can build effective working relationships with people at all levels of an organisation. Experience working in large and complex organisations will be highly regarded.
