Halcyon Knights is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a 12‑month day-rate contract in Melbourne. The role focuses on a large-scale transformation program with a super operating model and servicing design.

Hybrid work from Melbourne CBD offices is offered. Ideal candidates will have strong superannuation domain knowledge, exceptional operating model and process design experience, and excellent communication across business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong business analysis experience on large-scale, complex transformation programs.
• Expertise in superannuation domain, including strong member/operational servicing knowledge.
• Excellent operating model/process design experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience in Jira & Confluence.

The role will be for a large-scale transformation program, with a focus on super operating model and operational servicing. Candidates must have excellent super domain experience, and strong operating model & process design experience.
