Job summary

ASIC's RegistryConnect program is seeking a skilled Business Analyst Practice Lead to drive the BA capability across the program, shaping robust practices and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, this 20-month fixed-term role offers a salary from AUD 170,621 to 184,566 plus 15.4% superannuation, with a 50/50 hybrid work-from-home model and strong professional development benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mentoring BA teams, driving best practice frameworks and delivering complex technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of BABOK and IIBA standards, Agile delivery and requirements management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement with domain knowledge in Data & Analytics, Cyber & Infrastructure or Regulatory.

Responsibilities

• Uplift and strengthen business analysis capability through mentoring, methodology development, and best practices.
• Lead the design and implementation of BA frameworks aligned with BABOK and IIBA.
• Champion learning pathways and continuous improvement across the team.
• Ensure quality assurance of BA deliverables and maintain rigorous documentation standards.
• Collaborate with DD&T teams to enhance awareness and engagement with RegistryConnect.
• Drive high impact projects and provide guidance to Business Analysts.
