Job summary

ASIC is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst Practice Lead to uplift the BA capability within the RegistryConnect program. You will shape frameworks, mentor analysts, and ensure best-practice standards are applied across initiatives.

You will lead BA design, promote BABOK/IIBA-aligned methods, and partner with DD&T teams to deliver high-impact technology projects that support ASIC’s regulatory and data analytics priorities.

Qualifications

• Seasoned Business Analyst leader with BABOK/IIBA experience.
• Strong Agile delivery and requirements management.
• Proven mentoring of BA teams and capability development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Domain expertise in data analytics, cyber/infrastructure, or regulatory BA.

Responsibilities

• Uplift and strengthen BA capability across the RegistryConnect program.
• Lead the design and implementation of BA frameworks aligned with BABOK/IIBA.
• Champion learning pathways and continuous improvement for the team.
• Ensure quality assurance of BA deliverables and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with DD&T teams to enhance awareness of RegistryConnect.
• Drive high-impact projects with strategic BA guidance.
