Job summary

Adelaide University is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis, design and improvement of pay accuracy and entitlements across the organisation, based in People & Culture at City West, Adelaide.

You will partner with payroll, workforce administration, technology and business stakeholders to map processes, identify root causes, and implement sustainable, compliant improvements that standardise workflows and drive better employee outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior business analysis and end-to-end process redesign leadership in large organisations.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process modelling and operating model design.
• Experience in payroll, HR, workforce management, compliance or regulated environments.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma or BPM methodologies.
• Advanced analytical skills and data-driven improvement mindset.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
