Job summary

Genesis Recruitment Solutions in Sydney NSW is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major transformation program across business, operations and technology teams from requirements through to UAT and go-live.

This six-month contract in Sydney's CBD offers a hybrid structure and exposure to insurance/financial services domains, with a focus on requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Insurance or financial services domain experience is essential.
• Proficient in gathering requirements and mapping processes.
• Hands-on UAT and testing experience.
• Experience delivering complex transformation initiatives.
• Strong Agile delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• General insurance or motor insurance experience highly regarded.
